You are cordially invited to attend the 2023 Annual State Convention of the National Federation of the Blind of Louisiana (NFBL) where we will celebrate our 51st anniversary. The NFBL is an organization of blind and visually impaired Louisianians who believe that with the appropriate training, attitude and opportunities, blind people can live the lives they want.  We believe that it is never too late to learn new techniques and new ways of redefining blindness.

We are excited to have Norma Crosby, NFB Board Member and President of NFB of Texas, as our national representative for convention.
